Made from untreated, riveted chain rings.
This chain is made up of entirely riveted round rings with rounded rivet heads.
Each ring is riveted. The pattern is 4 in 1
We call these RRR (R ound R ing R iveted).
To the chain aventail is attached at the top to a approximately 4.5 cm wide strip of leather.
This is used to attach to the helmet i.e. Houndshull, for example, or Bascinet (Bascinet).
The mounting holes in the leather must be completed by the customer due to the difference in positioning of the vervels.
The Aventail is dagged around the bottom. It is large enough to covers the shoulder.
