15th Century Mitten Gauntlets - 16 gauge
Mittens gauntlets became more frequently worn during the second quarter of the 15th C. and continued to be popular long afterwards. They were mainly used by the infantry who wanted to protect their hands when using pikes and halberds. knights also used mitten gauntlets, but there use seems to be more favoured by the mercenaries and foot soldiers of the 15th C.

Made of 1.6mm Steel. Steel thickness may vary due to the handcrafted methods used in its manufacturing. The steel is untreated and may have rust. To protect the steel you may rub it with mineral or synthetic oil.
