Medieval Mans Hood made from a Wool Mix
This hood was worn mostly by men in the middle ages. It covers the shoulders and was made of various types of material. It began as a practical clothing item and then became a fashionable accessory during the 14th century. The earliest hood of this type was found in Haithabu.
