Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order in between 2 to 7 working days. We will normally send your order to you in 1 to 6 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. (Bank Holidays may delay delivery times)
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

If you choose the post option for delivery there is no tracking or insurance.
If you choose a secure location for delivery it is your responsibility that the location is secure and any loss cannot be replaced.

International Orders and Taxes

You may be charged import tax upon receipt of goods in your country of origin. If an order is refused and returned to us we will not refund the original shipping charge.

When you receive notification from you local courier regarding local duty and taxes you will be required to contact them directly, you agreed to this by ticking the Goods sent outside of the UK box when placing your order. If you do not pay the duties and taxes the goods will be returned to us and any expenses incurred by us will be deducted from the refund amount on the value of the order. This could be greater than the duty and taxes.

Gift Vouchers
1. This voucher can only be exchanged online at www.gdfb.co.uk
2. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. This voucher may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher, on payment of the difference.
4. Only one voucher per transaction can be used online.
5. Gift vouchers must be treated like cash, no liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
6. This voucher must be redeemed within 12 months from date of purchase.
7. IF not used to the full amount of the voucher the unused balance will be lost.
8. If order is cancelled or payment is refunded any gift vouchers will automatically become void. If an order paid for by voucher is refunded, the balance will be refunded back to the original voucher code and can be redeemed against a future order within the time limit.

Returns Policy 

You are entitled to cancel your order and the return of goods must be within 14 working days for a full refund, . Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in an unused condition and labels still attached and in original packaging.
