Our viking shield is a battle ready round shield constructed from wood with steel fittings.
A typical viking elaborate knot design has been engraved by hand into the steel plate on the front of the shield.
The back of the shield is padded and covered with soft leather to protect the fore arm.
Two leather straps are also riveted on the back, of which one is adjustable for wearing on the arm or the back.
A very functional and decorative shield.
