Long ago tunics were worn directly on the skin as underwear. In medieval times they were worn as outer clothing. A lot of contemporary drawings show this as e.g. on the Bayeux Tapestry, where the medieval garment is shown.
Our early medieval tunics are reproduced faithfully to these origins. They are of loose-fitting cut. A belt was normally worn around the tunic in medieval times. The sleeve length is three quarter length. This tunic represents early medieval times, e.g. the Vikings, Slavic or Celtics.
Material: 100% cotton.
